You should definitely color your stuff more often! Just because they matured quickly doesn't mean they're gonna keep aging at that rate, yanno. A healing factor is a healing factor. His cells regenerate quickly, which means it will SLOW the onset of old age, not speed it up. After all, "aging" is when your body starts to degrade because your cells no longer can regenerate themselves properly. Basic biology and stuff means that they should enjoy a LONG lifespan, like Wolverine, even if they matured super fast. Tell that to Master C and his crumpled old man face  On topic: suddenly, Ericks! Jeredu Wow. You know...I really admire the range of expressions your drawings have. As well as the hands, they're always so gorgeous! What technique do you use? Hands are probably my biggest weakness at this point :/ Pardon how gross this one looks, I'm still working on inking and cleaning it up a bit. This one is a bit more recent, it's about oh...a month old?

Following my previous post to its logical, tragic conclusion: "One Last Kiss" Oh man, that is beautiful... and depressing. Goodbye For Now is one of my favourite episodes of the anime, same with ch1 Hero Reborn (and ch2 Lina!) of the first Trigun Maximum volume. I love how it shows our hero is fallible and broken, and he knows he will be hurt again, but he still carries on. Besides, I have a love affair with characters visually changing over time, and Ericks is a prime example of this! The scruff is also awesome.  |

Here's some thing I drew terribly on purpose, maybe 5 years ago, done completely in crayon (hey my friend had one of those huge boxes with a ton of colors i just had to try them!!!)  It makes me laugh every time I find it~ And I didn't mean to make Wolfwood purple, I think it was dark when I was coloring it and just grabbed the wrong crayon, but now he looks totally fabulous so I'm not complaining haha |

OMG! kwolfwood, that's ADORABLE. karaii- Mmm, I agree with you there. It's nice to see Vash changing over time instead of remaining static like most anime characters. Trigun does a really good job with that all around, I think. Okay, so I posted a different version of this in the crossover thread, but here's Vash and Wolfwood with materia (as in, Final Fantasy VII) equipped, for future parts of Gunsmoke in Gaia: And yes, Vash DOES have an extra black streak in his hair. I like how it looks, and it distinguishes GiG!Vash from regular Maximum!Vash, in the same way that showing him with black hair and a living Wolfwood does. If you're wondering, Vash has Scan, Deathblow, and Enemy Skill equipped at least, so he can pinpoint monster weaknesses and take them out with his sharpshooting. Maybe a Barrier... Enemy Skill is super versatile, having a great healing spell (White Wind) as well as some great status and damaging moves. ; Wolfwood has offensive spells, a Cure + all, and the Cover materia. They may or may not have some stat enhancers...  |

Man, I love every single one of you <3 Gorgeous people!! Anyway, I was rewatching Badlands Rumble (for the seventh time...) and wanted to draw me some Gasback! And thus:  I really enjoyed watching Vash jump around and dodging gracefully in Badlands Rumble, but I have to wonder if he didn’t get caught at some point. My headcanon tells me Vash followed Gasback around for one more day following the robbery — the man was missing an eye and Vash wanted to make sure he wouldn’t bleed out or take immediate revenge, maybe? Yeah. So Gasback wasn’t too cool with the idea, naturally. Vash eventually wandered off again, satisfied Gasback wasn’t gonna bleed out, given how tight his grip had been. Man, his neck had hurt for days afterwards. |
