Not about Trigun but...
Okay, so I had a dream where I went to the mall with all of you guys.
First we went to the pet store. They were selling all sorts of animals that are most definitely not legal or safe to own. One of which they claimed were baby elephants, but they certainly didn't look like them. There were also fish tanks adorned with pictures of anime characters. One included Vash, and there was some sort of fish that really liked swimming around his eye.

Yeah! I hate feeling accomplished before I get stuff finished, haha~ messes up my motivation to continue since I feel like I'm done when I'm not. I did, however, find two pages I'd drawn prior to sleeping that may or may not be discarded depending on how I want the next part to start. It feels uncharacteristic now to have Vash cursing, though I was unsure how to express his regret for his sister while still expressing worry for Wolfwood. I can't wait to get done with my finals so I can keep drawing Trigun, haha!Do you guys ever dream of drawing / writing / doing some activity you do all day?

Hm, I don't really think the swearing is too bad. Vash does swear, he's just not a "potty mouth" like some. And he's kinda having enough of a bad moment that I don't think it's too out there.
And I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've had dreams of getting a really fun scenario going in RPs I'm in and the dreams are pretty much just me typing at a computer, but in the morning I'm always SO bummed they didn't really happen. Or just thankful that my nightmare that everything I was typing was deleting just as fast behind me was over.
I've also had lots of dreams of getting ready for work, just to wake up and have to do it all over again. Or just doing my post production work and thinking I've gotten all my work for the day down only to find it's a lie.
I think the worst that it's ever happened to me was this one time when I worked for a call center that I dreamed I was trying to just do something simple for this women and resend a signal to her satellite radio, but I lost my mouse and couldn't find it. I had to put her on hold as I tried to find it. At some point in my mad search around the desk I woke up and had the clear thought: MAYBE IT'S UNDER MY PILLOW! Long story short. I literally took apart my bed. Stripped every blanket off one by one, tore off the fitter, and was in the process of lifting the bed up to check under it that I finally went....... omg. I was dreaming.
That job was a nightmare job though and gave me nightmares almost every night awhile I was working there
XD And to stay on topic for Trigun here's an older dream I found that I had:
I don't remember how it got to this point, but Vash was surrounded by a whole bunch of weird looking men, all pointing guns just inches from his head. Vash just having that stupid: I know I should be in trouble, but I'm going to act dumb grin on his face. Two men, one being a GIANT, were in a box car of an old fashion train arguing over which side could consider themselves as catching Vash the Stampede.
The giant was wearing this really big hunk of metal with a huge curve in it on him for some reason. (Hey, it's Gunsmoke.) And Vash did something with his weapon that caused the barrel to break away and the bullets to go everywhere. The bounty hunters freaked, thinking someone else on the other side did it and started shooting at each other, which somehow got someone to shoot at Vash's stray bullet and made the giant metal thing with the curve fall perfectly around Vash.
Everyone finally realized that it was Vash that had made his own gun fall apart and turned to shoot at him just as the metal piece fell over him so the bullets ricocheted off of it and hit themselves instead. The bosses freaked out and had the train take off with them in it as every bandit but one fell over in pain.
Vash in a fluid motion put a loaded barrel back on his gun, came out from under the metal piece, and pointed it at the last standing bandit. He smiled kindly and said: "Would you please put your gun down? I'd really hate for my gun to go off again!" The bandit dropped his gun and ran off screaming.
I wish I could have explained this mini dream in better words or draw. Because the set looked so amazing, the bandits perfect for Gunsmoke, and the action happened so smoothly and fast that it's hard to put into words.

I worked as a cashier to get through college and frequently had dreams that I was ringing up customers all night. Ugh. Finally one night I woke up just enough to realize it was a dream and started telling myself, "You don't have to work. It's just a dream. You don't have to work. It's just a dream." When I fell back asleep, I went right back into the same dream, but this time I told the customer, "I don't have to do this, because it's just a dream!" : D And then I gleefully ran away. That little trick pretty much "cured" my cashier dreams. I'm out of Trigun dreams, so I've got nothing else to share. XD zigzag: That sounds like a scene STRAIGHT out of canon! Like seriously! I'm impressed.

I think I'm on tumblr too much. Last few nights I've had dreams of all the rp blogs actually being run by the characters themselves. They all sit in a room with their laptops typing away mostly quiet. Each of the Vashes have different variations of his coat and stages of hair darkening. They all sit together in a tight circle giggling and chattering excessively as they scheme things to do with the other characters for their amusement. Whenever someone logged off they would leave the room for a while before coming back because they're too addicted to tumblr. When they do get back they always have a lot of replies to catch up on. Legato had synched his inbox with his brain but that just lead to everyone else spamming him and headaches even when offline. Most of them only talk when they're commenting on something or conversing with the group about what to post next. It's like everyone's forced to set aside their differences and be friends and get along outside of their posts but as soon as you see what they're typing it's business as usual. Every once in a while someone new shows up or someone goes on a snack run for everybody.

I blame this forum of awesome people for the extra invasion of Vash into my dreams lately. Last night I had some really choppy dreams and it was a bit hard to follow, but I thought I would share the bit where Vash comes in.
It started out that I was reading a web comic I've been a fan of for nearly 10 years now. It's coming to a close this month and it started out that I was reading through the archives of the series, but at some point it went from the original creator's story and I somehow got reading someone's fan comic of Trigun and it started off really good.
The dream was interesting too, because it morphed almost seemingly from me reading on a computer screen, to just the screen of B&W images, and then moving B&W images that looked like story boards to eventually full motion and color as if it was a film.
It was a mix between the original web comic (Dominic Deegan if anyone actually knows of it) and Trigun and in the web comic world magic is real and used heavily by the people of the world. The dream was happening on first Gunsmoke and it was that suddenly people were using magic and were trying to get a handle on this new power of theirs. A lot of explosions happened. Mostly because bandits were now shooting out fire from their hands to try to catch Vash and fire on a desert planet = bad. So a lot of the dream spent some time trying to put out a fire that was spreading through town with very limited water.
Vash did end up at some point in the fire fight at the plant and managed to cast a protective shield around himself, Meryl, and the Plant and was to keep it up until it burnt out. I forgot what they talked about, but Vash and Meryl I remembered had a nice chat over mundane stuff.
I had a pretty restless night last night and I think I woke up somewhere in between that it moved from the fire to Meryl and Vash running around trying to stop A BIG BAD! I don't remember the big bad ever really being clearly defined EXCEPT for the fact that it was not Knives or Legato. That was made clear at some point because apparently even Knives was helping to fight whatever this BIG BAD was. He had also gained some sort of magic, but I forgot what it was.
At some point Vash and Meryl got trapped in a bubble and couldn't escape. It was a trap set by the BIG BAD and they had to get out before he came, but for some reason Vash wasn't helping. That's when Meryl realized that Vash had done everything on purpose up until this point. That he wasn't actually trying to stop the BIG BAD at all.
She started screaming at him. Moving right up into his face about how DARE he! How could he put all of Gunsmoke in danger like that!? This was all because of Tessla wasn't it!? He just couldn't get over that BOY!
At that point in the dream I started getting confused - WTF? Tessla wasn't in the anime. That's totally Vash in his anime coat and they keep saying Gunsmoke. ...wtf? Oh and yeah - SHE WAS A GIRL!
She just kept screaming at him and Vash kept taking, but he looked utterly confused as I was currently feeling. Yet he waited for Meryl's tirade of yelling to stop. Suddenly his hair also started turning black just in the back. He said that he could never get over Tessla when she had stopped yelling. That was true, he just couldn't, but he wasn't putting No Man's Land at risk. He was just doing what he had to do and it was to stop the BIG BAD!
Meryl didn't really believe him and they got arguing then - Tessla showed up out of no where to let them out of bubble. Vash was just all: HA! Told you it was good I didn't forget about her! They ran through some dark halls and I was just left going: I have no CLUE what's going on anymore.
In fact I think my own brain went: Yup. I agree. I forgot what I was doing with this - never mind. Pretend it didn't happen because while they ran through the dark and tunnels it suddenly turned into me running - right into Crystal Lake forest and I was joining a search party looking for Jason.
And that's when the dream gets rather gory and off topic of Trigun. So I'll leave it there. XD

Well, I have had my first ever Trigun dream...
It starts out at night the time Vash fights Monev, except Monev is replaced by Gasback. Vash is the Diablo, and frightens Gasback. The robber then shoots Vash, and hardly anything happens to Vash. Vash shoots Gasback's gun out of his hand before he was ready, and when Gasback tries to run past him, Vash kicks him to the ground.
That's where my dream ends.

I had a Trigun dream last night, too. I remember waking up very briefly and being all, "Oh, hey, a Trigun dream! I can post about it on the forum!" And then I fell back asleep, and when I woke up this morning, I couldn't remember a thing about it. XD Dang.

So I had a dream last night that a friend of mine, who does a lot of writing, had written a book and wanted me to read it and tell her if it was any good. It was a steampunk novel, and she had a whole separate book, sort of a companion book, that explained all the historical and science stuff in it. Really, the whole dream had nothing to do with Trigun except for one little part where I was flipping through the companion book and found a series of diagrams showing a guy performing an experiment to help illustrate the sciencey stuff to the reader... and it was Wolfwood... and he was doing some kind of experiment on Kuroneko-sama that seemed to involve putting him in tubs of water. Kuroneko didn't seem to mind, though. Wolfwood, what were you doing to that poor cat! XD

*raises hand* I have a snippet of a dream to share! It's my first Trigun dream, and I credit all you crazy wonderful people for keeping my mind fixated on the series so much lately. XD
In the dream I was running around having adventures (as usual). The situation was this:
It was the first day of school, and I wasn't ready. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my classroom, and since I was the *teacher*, I knew that I was making my students wait! I ran all over the ever-increasing-in-size school, looking for my room. In the course of running around, I met Vash, who was *also* running around. He was wearing his trademark red coat, but somehow it was also a wedding dress? He was still a dude, but just acting like himself and running like a crazy idiot in this huge red flowy dress-coat thing with lots of ruffles. We parted ways after a few hallways, and I ended up climbing the wall of the gym and trying to slide through the basketball hoop. I got stuck, then climbed down the chin-up bars into a secret teachers' lounge/bathroom where I decided to relax. Then I woke up.
I remembered Vash the next day and had to tell you all. This is... pretty bland compared to what I normally dream, actually! I usually have really insane dreams. But I was happy Vash was in it.

(I wonder who the groom was? XD)
I had a dream the other night that Brad lived in the apartment building next door to mine. He had a crush on me and asked me out on a date. I was thinking, "I don't usually go for guys with pompadours, but, hey, why not? It might be fun." Except when I said yes, he was like, "Oh, great! I'll invite my friends, too!" And then it turned out his friends were a bunch of air-headed chics and were way annoying. I was so mad at him! XD

I just had another Trigun dream. Once again, I can't seem to have one that doesn't involve death at some point. But in this case, Vash was already dead. PoV was Wolfwood. Wolfwood and some other character- female, but I don't remember who. Wolfwood was saying "We're going to GET. HIM. BACK."
At some point they went to a strange grassy area that had soil instead of sand, and something that looked like a well in the ground. There was a stairway that went underground, winding around the well but not actually connecting to it. It led to some kind of underground safehouse where Wolfwood set about making arrangements of some sort. At that point, a bunch of kids showed up- the orphans, I think, but they had grown up quite a bit and looked to be teenagers. They actually looked a lot like my cousins. xD Rhys and Laura and Jeff and Austin were there. Then I got woken up by the phone ringing and I don't know what would have happened next.

I had one last night that was adorable. It was fairly short, or at least what I remember of it.
It starts out with Legato boweling at a teddy bear's house. Thing was that everyone at the party had to being their own pins, so Legato had to use some books. He wins the game and wins a few stuff animals as a prize, a pink bunny, a crow, and one other. I'll say a turtle because I don't remember. He takes his books and plushies in one big armful, back to his house. His house seems to be one large corridor of rooms, reminiscent of a mobile home. He puts the books back in his book shelf and tosses the stuffed animals into the corner with the rest of them. Yes, Legato has a large pile of stuff animals in his living room.
I wake up after that. I assume he sits in his recliner afterwards, thinking about life and stuff.
