I've really wanted to do a Trigun/ Legend of Korra crossover, mostly just to have the interaction between Vash and Korra, considering she's so stubborn. I think it would be interesting. OMG! Years ago I wanted to make an ATLA/Trigun crossover, I always thought how interesting it could be the interaction between all the bending stuff and the guns. But my intention was more to figure out how it would be if the Trigun crew were benders... I like to think Vash could be a firebender ;D

See I was thinking more though on how the Gaang or Krew would live on Gunsmoke. Like what kind of guns they'd have and such. Not to mention which characters would interact well with others and vise versa. (I honestly feel that Bolin and Millie would be like BEST friends) AW MAN. THAT IS SUCH A HARD THING TO CONSIDER. Like augh...I know for a FACT that Millie would be an Earthbender. Meryl...hmm I'm thinking water? (mostly cause she reminds me of Katara). Wolfwood....I sort of feel like he'd be a non-bender? I dunno. and for Vash/Knvies dear god that is so hard to choose D:

I made a spur of the moment Trigun/ SpongeBob crossover of all things, based on the Idiot Friends song from that wild west episode. (hey I was really tired that's when I get the weird ideas) For added hilarity, listen to the song while reading: www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PgnPMZC9ZQ

The steampunk set of republic city is very similar to Gunsmoke's set of lost technology. (Asami could easily keep her electric glove XD) I thought the same thing about Meryl and Milly's elements.

kwolfwood - That's adorable and well drawn! The faces are just hilarious. xD More on crossovers, for Gunsmoke in Gaia, I've sketched Vash and Wolfwood with materia equipped, because it's Final Fantasy VII, dammit, and I'm gonna take advantage! And yes, Vash DOES have an extra black streak in his hair. I like how it looks, and it distinguishes GiG!Vash from regular Maximum!Vash, in the same way that showing him with black hair and a living Wolfwood does.

I've always thought a Trigun/Gurren Lagann crossover would be awesome, I mean, who knows what would happen if you got Vash and Kamina together?
Plus, it would be interesting to see how Vash would be in the Gurren Lagann universe, considering his whole "LOVE AND PEACE!" thing.

Jeredu: I really need to read your crossover comic... @plant Feathers: I would pay money to see that happen for the facial expressions ALONE. zigzag: I can totally see a One Piece/Trigun crossover working well! Neobamboom: DBZ would be hilarious. Maybe post-Cell saga? Or even the original Dragon Ball, when things were zanier and less blow-up-the-planet-with-your-aura... (Why yes I DO have an inordinate affection for DBZ, how could you tell?) I think that I'd really love to see a Girl Genius/Trigun crossover. The combination of zany characters and unpredictable tech seems like it would be golden to me, and Vash would certainly seem to fit in with the craziness of the main characters, particularly the Jägers! Plus, Knives and Legato would make fantastic megalomaniac mad scientist/minion partners... Another (really old) series I'd love to see crossed with Trigun is Stargate SG-1! SG-1 would travel through the gate and instantly have to deal with Trigun's madness, and of course the Earth people would want to exploit the power of the plants...

So a friend just mentioned that Vash and Dr Tenma (from the manga and anime Monster) would get along famously. They're basically the same person, who go through similar heart-breaking and character-molding events that test the extent of their pacifism and desire to save human life.

@thought-ripples: Late comment is late! You're an SG-1 fan? Is there nothing about you I don't love? A wild-west episode would be awesome! Especially if they dressed up. Especially Teal'c. XD I bet SG1-verse Earth would be interested in plant technology, like you said, but I also bet good-guy Daniel would protest for ethical reasons.

@plant Feathers: Haha! I think it's fantastic that we have so many interests in common! Seriously, if you're ever in the midwest, it'd be totally fun if we could hang out some time.
I totally agree that Daniel would try to prevent them from exploiting the plants, but I bet in the end that Gunsmoke would be off-limits because of how dangerous Knives is. >.> And Teal'c in a cowboy outfit, haha! I can just imagine some trigger-happy goof making a comment about "Why're ya wearin' a belt buckle on yer forehead," and Teal'c's reaction...

Welp, here's a banner for the crossover. I should... actually get on with the comic, but I thought I'd share this here, being a crossover and all:

Jeredu: Wow, that looks awesome! Do you have the black and white version up on DeviantArt though? Your linework is so fun to color! I like how you used different reds to distinguish Vash and Vincent, but they don't clash. Aha! Wolfwood uses one magic materia, one support materia, and two independent materia, while Vash uses mostly command materia and a support materia... Have you assigned the kinds yet? Do they have more equipped that we can't see?

@thought-Ripples- Thank you! As to the materia- Wolfwood has some stat boosting materia, as well as a magic + elemental slotted together. He ALSO has a Cover materia, since he already tends to throw himself between people and danger (using the Punisher as a tower shield), so the Cover materia will enable him to do that more effectively! I haven't decided if it lets him move faster in front of his allies, of if it makes the monsters attack HIM instead of his allies, but the result is the same: Wolfwood is now the tank! Vash has Scan, Enemy Skill, and Deathblow equipped. Scan will allow him to pinpoint the weaknesses of his foes, since he'll otherwise be unfamiliar with all the enemies they're gonna encounter. Deathblow makes it so every hit is a critical (or misses), but with Vash's insane accuracy, he won't be missing. It's similar to a popular setup with one of Vincent's weapons, but between Vincent and Vash, Vincent's gunplay will inevitably be outclassed by Vash's. Enemy Skill is just backup in case he's up against something his gun won't affect. He also has the Materia floater and Power Booster from Dirge of Cerberus equipped. Vincent is gonna stick to his other great strength: magic. He's gonna be the magic nuke as well as the support, with a variety of magic spells equipped. Most of it is on his other equipment, not his gun. The old version is still around: HOWEVER, I can also provide a lines-only version of the colored one, because I did SIGNIFICANT cleanup on that, if you'd rather try coloring this one instead:
